Post: Looking 4 Landlord Lawyer in Fairfield County, CT

Hi All, I’m looking for a lawyer to help with uncooperative Tenants. In short I’ve given my tenants a three month notice to move, they’ve agreed verbally and initially told me they’ve secured a place, however they told me they will be using security for the last month’s rent are not allowing me to do a walk through and are now telling me they may need to stay longer.

I’ve contacted three law firms in Fairfield County, CT two weeks ago by leaving voice messages and sending emails, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m assuming law firms are busy these days, hoping someone here knows of a reliable and available lawyer/law firm experienced with tenant issues. Thank you for your help.

@Thomas Ingrao

Great share Tom, congratulations on wrapping this up in 2021, wishing you much success!

I see there are a few properties for sale from $20Ks to right below $80ks in the Jamestown area. Pop is declining, crime index seems higher than state avg. Timeline seems to be in your favor going toward the spring; how long do you anticipate the work will take? How long do you think it will take to sell once work is done? Could you share your scope of work with cost breakdown and how you plan to control the quality of work? Thank you.

Yes, it’s time; sell your home in 2018! Come meet buyers during our first Real Estate Workshop of the year.

During our last meeting, we discussed how the real estate lifecycle is 10 years from peak to valley and 2018 marks the 10th year anniversary of the 2008 real estate bubble. We’re in a seller’s market, so if you’re looking to sell, the time to sell is NOW!

This workshop is for those that want to exit or keep their finger on the pulse of real estate activity in order to make an informed purchasing or selling decision.

We will go over how to navigate buying and selling in a seller’s market. You will network with like-minded individuals and expose yourself to tools and resources at your disposal to kick off 2018 in line with your goals.

Please register via Eventbrite to receive additional information and the latest real estate opportunities.

The Real Estate lifecycle is 10 years from peak to valley.  2018 marks the 10th year anniversary of the 2008 real estate bubble collapse. Be in the know!

This workshop is for those getting started / interested in real estate investing that want to keep their finger on the pulse of real estate activity in order to make an informed purchasing or selling decision.

We will go over how to identify your risk tolerance, how to detemine if a deal is good or bad based on your tolerance. You will network with like minded individuals and expose yourself to tools and resources at your disposal to kick off 2018 in line with your goals.

Coffee and light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP to help us with a headcount number for this event.

Looking forward to meeting you in person.

All my best,

Sante
