Thanks Chris. I have listened to about 2/3s of the podcasts so far. I always listen when I drive around. Great stuff. Really motivating to see how regular people can achieve their financial goals through real estate investing.

Thanks Bryan! Hope you are crushing it in the Santa Rosa market. :-) and hi Aaron you are right. I would say the warrior forum is a nice place to learn about marketing or ask questions. If you ever have questions about marketing I'll be happy to answer them or point you in the right direction. that's why BP seems like such a great place to share knowledge.

Hi everyone, just want to say hi and introduce myself to the forum. Just moved to Santa Rosa, California, and I'm excited to learn more about real estate and connect with people on BP. 

I work as Marketing Director for a Norwegian fitness club chain and specialize in online marketing, such as landing pages, SEO and PPC. I also do offline direct marketing such as Direct Mail, Flyers and Radio.

On my free time I play golf, table tennis, snowboard, travel and hang out with my friends.
