Hello BP Community,

Just a little over a month ago I decided to become a BP Pro Member. After networking with another  Pro Member from my area I was able to pick-up my  very first Biggerpocket  deal  and closed on it this afternoon. This is going to be a very nice flip.

Purchase price  $64000

Rehab Budget $30000

After Repair Value  $135000

Estimated Rehab Time 6 weeks

Potential Profit $41000 minus (holding cost/6% Realtor fees/closing costs)
