Is it possible to keep a bitcoin miner as an asset inside the real estate LLC? I would think it won't be a problem. Would like to know from anyone who is doing this.I would imaging you would be taxed for the coins mined.

Has anybody done this before?

I would imagine that property management company can be good proxy once the property is in the LLC. If that's the case should i be considering buying properties on my name and then work with my financiers to put them under LLC?

My other thought is to invest without an LLC if it's going to be complex until i receive my green card and have an umbrella policy to cover myself. Any suggestions?

Hi all fellow investors,

I am a newbie from St Louis and interested in investing in real estate through JV or financing and in rental properties. I currently work in IT and might enter RE full time after testing the waters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
