Thank you so much. I bought a tax deed property with ex-owner still live there. I would like to know what is the eviction process. I also would like to know will it be safe for me to invest money to repair the house to rent it out for now?

I have been trying a couple tax deed this year. I bought a piece of land for my church. We are building a parking lot on it. This time it is a house, tax value over $100,000 and I bought it for $3,500. Excited but anxious at the same time. I will take it slowly as I am aware of a complicated possible process. Thank you for all of your comments

It means purchased can not make any improvement to the property or they will not be reimbursed in case of redemption?
