Hey Everyone! 

Huge BP fan over here. My landlord is actually the person who turned me onto BP and the idea that investing in MFMs is one of the most effective tools in creating my life by design. I am a realtor by trade, but also looking to keep increasing my own investment portfolio. I am always on the hunt for new projects, both locally and out of state. I am particularly interested in investing in 2-4 units in Southern RI and Florida (my home state), but am open to anywhere as long as the #s make sense. Looking forward to learning and sharing with you all.
