It's the old Carnegie library on High street which was gutted out and completely redone inside about 20 years ago. Conditions are very good, hardwood floors, very well kept.

I own a condo in the Cole area of Denver (CO). It has one bedroom, one bath, one car garage. Square footage is a little above 1,100. I pay HOA fees, taxes and insurance, I have no mortgage against the property.

Can anybody tell me what a rental income can be expected in that market?
