Hello everyone my name is Sandra. I'm a new investor in the Brunswick area of New Jersey. I haven't done any deals yet but i have wanted to get in the business for quite some time, now i'm ready to get started. I want to network with other professionals in this field, and i'm open to any and all advice. I want to start with wholesaling and work my way up to renovations and rentals.

I want to wholesale my first property within the next 30 days. I am currently looking for investor friendly title companies and investor friendly r.e. attorney's if anyone could recommend some people in central NJ.
