Thank you Chris for the response.  Can you share the lender so I can check them out?

Hello, I am a fix and flip investor for the past 3 years and I am about to start my first ground up build. My question is does anyone know of lenders that will lend to first time ground up investors where they will be willing to use my 5 flips in 2 years experience to lend to my LLC/me. I welcome any advise you can provide.

Thank you

SS

Thank you Tony Cimino for the advice.

Thank you Joseph Firmin for the response.

Is is easier to use the BRRR method when you buy in your name or can you use it when you buy in an LLC? Is it easier to refinance in an LLC or under your name or does it not matter? I welcome any advice. I have a house a purchased with the intention of flipping it therefore I purchased it in an LLC name. Since then I have been watching the Youtube on BRRR but I don't remember hearing whether this technique works only when you buy in your name and I was wondering since I heard it may be hard to refinance when you purchase in an LLC name. I wanted to have a back up plan of renting out the flip and refinancing out of the hard money loan just in case the sale takes longer and I have to rent it out in the meantime as a different strategy. Any advice you can provide a newbie would be great. This is my first flip and still learning.

Thanks

SS

@sandra lee.  So did you ever make any more with the business?  It sounds interesting and glad I found this discussion on the topic before I spent my money.  Let me know how it went and if you are still doing the overages business.  If so has it been successful?

Thanks.

Congratulatuons @kyle M. looks very nice.  I am neck deep in complex reno also which has lasted a year and counting so the story sounds familiar with contractors.  i am learning alot though.

Great Job.  Congratulations on taking action. Very Inspiring.
