Thank you for the help!! Do you suggest or think it is a good idea to do a BOOTS ON GROUND event with a company called SNAP FLIP?? As it seems, they run you through different RE strategies but focuses more on wholesaling..what do you suggest?

Aloha all !!

I am new to biggerpockets, but I do watch the youtube videos that come out and the other videos such as #askbp. So I am asking how does one get started in REI? Do you need to set up a team of realtors to check out the MLS or would you use those sites like Zillow or redfin or realtor.com to look for homes and comps? What do you suggest?

Thanks for the response. Okay here it Is -

300k was an appraisal done as-is

The rental amounts in this area for a 4b3b is going for 2500

Looking to buy out his siblings with a total of 250k, 4 in all.

Thinking the rehab may be about 50k max, may be less. Didn't actually get someone to look at it yet.

We want to use our HELOC which is currently being used at 60k and available amount of 300k.
