Hi Brandon

Super excited to attend. Thanks again.

Hi Brian;

Thanks for your message. I will PM you on your inbox..  Will discuss further.

Sandra

Hello;

I am looking to connect with other investors who are starting out and well establish in owning apartment complexes out of state. I do reside in NYC but looking to invest in other areas to gain passive income. I have been watching the webinars and podcast about apartment complexes. I also have read Brandon Turner book on Rental Property Investing.  Please let me know if you would like to connect to discuss about apartment complexes.

There's a lot of researching the numbers that I'm doing now and anytime you have a tenant you have to drum up a lease so there's a legal aspect to it as well

 Hi Sagar, Thank you. Every investor should be doing their due diligence when making that deal.

Hi my name Sandra R and I am new to the BP and upgraded to Pro to further enhance my knowledge on REI. I am learning about investing multifamily or house hacking. Looking to be my own boss while obtaining passive income thru REI. So looking forward to meeting other members interested in investing house hacking.
