@Michael S. Thank you so much!!

@Frank Wolter Thank you for taking the time to share your story, including sharing how hard your worked and the time and dedication it took.

I don't see a section to access my store purchases? Is there a library function associated with my BP profile somewhere that has my purchases saved? Not sure if it's just not a feature or I just can't find it.

Thanks!

@Luis Prieto Thanks for starting such an informative thread and sharing your experience. I'm new to WA state and tipping into RE investing so this was very interesting. Best wishes.

@Chivas Miho Congratulations! Sounds like all that preparation and studying paid off.

Love that you are already thinking about investing, My nephews are a few years older and are in the same boat. I agree that reading books is a great way to start to both learn about REI and for encouragement, The books in the BP store are a great place to start and are a small investment. Books make great gifts if friends or family want to contribute to you. The library is another great resource. The free webinars here on BP and the podcats also offer a wealth of information to help you get started. Best of luck to you @Brandon Smith

If you haven't already connected with John Fedro here on BP, he is one of the leaders in investing in mobile homes /  manufactured homes. Check out him out. He's BP Podcast is episode #75.

John Fedro would be a good resource to run this deal past. He's here on BP and specializes in mobile homes/manufactured homes.

In some areas 'manufactured homes', although less than stick built homes, can sell for mid six-figures. In my area, these types of homes, with land, sell for $200,000-$300,000. Manufactured homes in 55+ communities, without land, have been listed and sold for $150,000-$200,000.

It's nice to see lenders that include manufactured and modular homes in their portfolio. These types of homes seem to be looked at and marketed differently on the East Coast vs. West Coast but they are a viable housing option for millions of people.
