I'm trying to buy a Triplex and I've run across two separate seller's who have asked me or my agent to submit an offer before allowing us to do a walk through of the property.  Is this standard practice in R.E Investing? It seems counter productive.

I have sold some land and one single family home.  I'm new to real estate investing. I believe in mentors and coaches.  At what point in this new venture would you suggest getting a coach? Just curious??

@Kyler J Sloan

I did not to a jeep but I lived next door to wineries and I did the jeep tours.

Make sure you have liability and insurance Airbnb won't cover you.

@Hratch Avedissian I did Airbnb and VRBO my home in which I owned was near Bass Lake good money but I managed it myself

How I got started was a YouTube channel STR University.

Now in saying that you don't know what you don't I move out the Los Angeles area on the beach try to repeat the process as an Arbitrage and BAM so many restrictions, you have to ask the country and most said No no and he'll no especially in the experience Huntington Beach are. Does that stop people from doing it. NOPE! AIRBNB are still being operated just on the down low.

I understand your frustration living in California and getting tied of not being able to find housing that no so obnoxiously over market value.

Good luck

In the near future, I'm looking to purchase a home out of state. Now I know this is David Green expertise. In his book he roughly says, you don't need to go physically look at a property with untrained eyes if your investing out of state. Yet many people on the BP Podcast states, go to the  city, look around, get a feel for the people, vibe and properties.

This will be my second home purchase, yet my first out of state.  Which would you suggest?  To view or not to physically view the property, that is the question lol.

Thank you,

Sandra
