Subject: Proposal for Homestone Recovery Homes Shared Living Residence

Dear Investors,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sandra L Cooper, the founder of Homestone Recovery Homes and I partner with landlords to help disadvantaged veterans.

I am reaching out to express our interest in leasing your property.

Our business venture is Homestone Recovery Homes, a shared living environment dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from various life challenges.

Homestone Recovery Homes is committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for individuals seeking to overcome personal obstacles and embark on a path to recovery.

Our program focuses on providing a stable and structured living space where residents can receive guidance, counseling, and community support. We believe in fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment to facilitate positive transformation.

We believe that we can put together an agreement that is mutually beneficial and also aligns with our vision for Homestone Recovery Homes. We are in the business of creating a warm and welcoming environment conducive to the healing process.

1. Lease Duration: We are seeking a lease agreement of at least 2 years, providing both parties with a stable and predictable arrangement.

2. We propose a competitive monthly rent, which reflects the market value of similar properties in the area. We are also open to discussing a mutually beneficial arrangement based on a long-term partnership.

3. Homestone Recovery Homes is committed to maintaining the property in excellent condition. We are willing to discuss responsibilities related to routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property's longevity.

Homestone Recovery Homes is dedicated to being a positive force in the community. We actively engage in community outreach, collaborate with local service providers, and promote a culture of respect and responsibility among our residents.

We would be delighted to arrange a meeting at your earliest convenience to discuss this proposal further. During the meeting, we can address any questions or concerns you may have and provide additional details about our business model.

Thank you for considering our proposal.

We look forward to the opportunity to create a positive impact together. Please feel free to reach out to schedule a meeting or discuss any aspect of this proposal.

Sincerely,

Sandra L Cooper

Hi, my name is Sandra L Cooper and I work full time as a real estate notary but plan on starting my own business with a very niche Real Estate Investment strategy. As you probably know, this area, (Centralia, Wa) like so many others in the country, is experiencing an affordable housing crisis. I have a clever way of helping people out in need, while at the same time creating a business that will cash flow THOUSANDS of dollars per property instead of hundreds. If you have rental property and are interested in making more money while helping out the community, let’s chat.

I want to work with Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater to Centralia WA Landlords on a special project that gives back to the community. If you want to 10X the cashflow of a typical rental property, have more control over the property, and get guaranteed checks...typically from the government, shoot me a reply. Hoping this isn't against community rules. Nothing to sell, just looking for the right partner.
