@Salvatore Lentini Thank you for wanting to share your knowledge! I currently own 6 units, really wanting to target 20 units by the end of the year. What method do you recommend to achieve such target?

Also is there a way to know where duplexes are located in a city, other than referral through a realestate agent?

So when I wanted to start investing in real estate and spoke to the agent that helped me buy my current residential home 3 years ago, she referred me to another agent that does investments for himself too. Now this new agent offered to become partners, where I bring the money and he brings the deal and the hustle. I am kind of a little worried because I havent dealt with him before. He seems to know what he is talking about, but because its my first time dealing with him, I am a little worried. Any advice can be offerred on that situation? If we partner up, is there like a contract that would be written to know what's expected of out of each of us?

Hey Guys,

So my real estate agent sent me a property that is in a good location, but how do I know if I am overpaying for it or not?

The property is nice, but I know that its not a greaaat deal, its just a basic one that would give 8.8% CAP RATE after us finding the tenants. I just want to buy a property before the bank interest rates go up.

Can you guys tell me what you think?

Thanks!

Is it better to buy land and build multifamily home or to buy one ready built? Which is cheaper?
