Thanks for the replies @Rod Hanks and @Shital Thakkar , am fairly new to Dallas and Fortworth areas. From what I heard areas like Plano, Frisco etc are costly and might not give positive cash flow(however schools are awesome and price will go up). However areas like Fortworth might give positive cash flow. But am not sure which areas in Fortworth are good for rental investments for a positive cash flow, any suggestions?

Is it worth investing in a 3bed/2bath home in forworth, dallas for renting it out. Any idea how easily rentals go in this area and appreciation of homes?
