I am a security manager and I have a second job as well.I work 7 days a week . I started out by reading rich dad poor dad (I also buy every book that I hear of on the end of a podcast) and it opened my eyes to this world of fire and real estate. I'm having a large hiccup because I'm fixing my credit but at least I know what it is that I ultimately want to accomplish in my life.
this is strictly in regards to the differences in scores REAL scores meaning the ones shown online on the listed sites and the different "algorithms" used in a"mortgage" score
house is staying In parents name until I can refinance into my own but I can use existing equity.
Ok here is my situation I have credit in the mid to late 6s my gf has the same.... I have taken over the mortgage on the family home, and it is still in my parents name (I am currently renting). I am a veteran but have had trouble getting approved for a va loan. I have about 20k in cash and over 100k in equity in the home.. I am looking to get into a duplex or 3 plex as a first home and am wondering if there is Any way around this besides simply waiting for my credit to improve.

Hello again my name is Sam, and I am new to the site. I am here to learn and grow and work toward my own fire. I am located in Palm Beach, Florida. Any mentorships or direction is greatly appreciated.
I wish this was advertised I just realized this a few weeks ago. credit karma and credit sesame are all roses and candy but pull a experian rating and I'm 100 points south of what I thought.
