Hi I am the memphis market and I am looking to network with other memphis investors. Thanks.

I have an owner who has 2 properties he wants to sell in package deal. He owes leins on both. Could i structure the wholesale contract with both addresses. And the amount he's asking covers the liens. Also, what is good title company in memphis thanks for any help.
@Harry D Johnson use wegolook, com and they'll assign somebody the job. Look into it ive never used but heard anout it.

@Kerry Noble Jr Hey Kerry thanks for your reply. I am very interested but i dont know how to approach this deal. I was thinking to put it under contract with seller then flipping the contract to an end buyer but i dont know if you can do that with MH or in the state of California.

@Matt Bonestroo Hi Matt thabks for the reply. The home is a double wide 3br/2ba built in 1991. Some windows need replacemnet. Roof looks good carpet could be replace or professionally cleaned the kitchen floor could be be replaced as well. One of the bedrooms needs a little work and a bathroom nothing to big. The park is a good area i would stay there alot of nice MH did aome research over the past 6 months 3 home's sold for 30k, 32k, and one is pending at 35k. I was wondering if i could put this MH under contract then flip contract to end buyer? I have 2 end buyers interested i dont know how high their interest is but they're interested. The owner's want to be out within the next few days/week as they are relocating and can't find a place to put their home so they are selling. No liens judgements etc on title.

Hi BP! Anybody have any experience in wholesaling mobile homes? How would you find comps on the mobile homes? I am thinking of putting a 3br. 2ba. double wide mobile home under contract but really have no clue on how to find comps. Did some research in the same park but prices are ranged far apart. Any help is appereciated. Thanks

I found a 5br house 3ba. for $295k there is about $55k worth of equity with no needed repairs all on a half acre of land. If i tie it up under contract what would be the next step in assigning the contract? I am very new here and I am trying to learn as I go.
