Hi @Ruud Van de Beeten,

I had some references, while I was reading blogs on iamexpats.com and also some of my colleagues told me that. That's why I had the question. I don't know if this apply only to new houses in Amsterdam or in all the Netherlands.

Hi guys,

Is there anybody in this group who has experience with Buy-to-let properties in Netherlands?

I understood from my research that it was not allowed by dutch government. But guess now it's okay.

I am thinking about investing in rental properties and would love to know if somebody has experience with Buy-to-let properties or willing to invest in these kind of properties.

Maybe we can meet up somewhere and discuss about it.

Looking forward to meeting people with same interest!

Thanks

Samuel

Hi @Erwin Groenendijk, thanks for your advice.

I'm just starting, I haven't bought any property yet. I'm looking for multifamily properties. Duplex or triplex. Or single family houses to be turned into multifamily. Using the Brrrr method.

Hi All,

I moved to the Netherlands last year from Mexico for my girlfriend. We both work in Eindhoven area.

I have been wondering about investing in rental properties but seems a little challenging because of being an expat and lack of language.

I have been reading a lot of books and podcasts about investing in real estate but I would like to meet and discuss with native dutch person or expats like me investing in the Netherlands.
