I am a wholesaler in my city and have been starting to branch out more and network with agents. When an agent sends me a pocket listing, is that deal open for me to close with my normal closing agent I usually use, or do I have to close with the agent who sent me the pocket listing. Also, what else is different, I usually use assignment contracts and would like to use those with these deals as well. Thanks for any feed back!

I have recently been sending direct mail to sellers that I see have a vacant house. I use my county tax assessor to look up the mailing address of the owner. If the vacant house address matches the owners mailing address what does that mean? Why would it be the same if the property is vacant? any input would be appreciated.

I am a Real Estate Investor in Tulsa, Oklahoma and I was curious as to how I find the Investor discount in my area. In the past I have just estimated it depending on the deal but would like to know a more accurate estimate.

I already know how to sign it, I already have an attorney, that wasn't my question. My question was how do you both sign the contract if you are doing the deal over the phone and emailing them the contract.

Where also could I find a good contact that would work well for a wholesaler.

I am a beginner Real Estate Investor and I had a question about signing the purchase and sale agreement with the seller. I was unsure when you both signed it, because I know primarily you will do deals over the phone but how do you sign the contract over the phone? do you both sign it once you take a trip to the house to look at the interior?
