Great book by Brandon Turner really enjoying everything he has laid out. It is an easy read and pretty understandable. I feel more knowledgable and cannot wait to start looking for properties. MUST READ IF INTERESTED IN RENTAL PROPERTIES.

I want to be financially free and be able to provide for myself and family I just need help to get to the right path on becoming an investor and buying my first home.
