Does anyone have experience working with Freedom Real Estate Group? (http://turnkeyohio.com/) I'm scheduled to do a market tour with them in Dayton, Ohio next weekend and can't find anything on the forums. My interactions have been great so far.

Also, does anyone have contacts for PMs/Inspectors in the Dayton area? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the post, I'm interested as well. Hopefully we get responses soon

Hi Everyone,

I read this article on Business Insider about cities where homes are being given away for free or for $1. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it recommended?

Some require you to completely renovate and reside in the home for three years. Is there any way around the requirement to live there? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.
