I'm a student at Miami and I think I know the land you're looking at. Recently demolished, right? Best location in town, rents for new apartments there are easily $10k per bed each year. As far as operation costs, I know a few business owners and landlords who I could put you in touch with if you direct message me. 

Nice, congrats. I'm a student in Oxford. Wondering if you guys use a property management company out here? I know which are good/ bad from a renter's perspective and would be interested to know which are friendly to investors.

Also, the school's student body grows larger each year. 2 year lag between incoming class and when they move off campus.

My name is Sam Adler.

I am a student at Miami University in Oxford, OH studying Accounting. I've been doing internships in the real estate industry for two years. One at a CPA firm in Indianapolis, Indiana whose clients are all multifamily projects and now with an international firm in Shanghai helping Asian investors buy investment properties around the world. 

I plan to continue to gain professional experience. Within two years I will own property of my own and begin to create passive income.
