Thanks @Mark Gliebe

I hope yo take the same focus I had to become debt free and use it for real estate. Starting out, single family or small multi family. I have experience in the large commercial space through my job and am interested in reading more about that from an investors point of view.

Thanks @Tyler Tapley for connecting. Always good to connect with local agents.

@Koleton Daley I wrote it down in my journal to kick off the year! And since I don't live in the cities I plan to invest in, I will be hiring a property manager.

Hey @Sarah Jones

I live and Nashville and am looking to invest back home in Memphis as well! My friend has found some great great cash-flows around the university. Good luck with your first investment!

My name is Sam Tabor and I have been reading about real estate for the last 3 years while moving around for my job. I finally settled in Nashville, TN and plan to invest in Memphis, Nashville, and Central Arkansas (Little Rock). My family members are General Contractors and real estate investors so I grew up around the business. Currently, I am a sales engineer/ project manager. My job has helped me become debt free and accumulate a little capital to get started this year.

I just signed a lease in an apartment and my year 1 goal is to replace my monthly rent with cash flow from investment properties. Looking forward to getting started in 2020!

Since all we know is you have no money, it is hard to provide much advice. You can always look into finding a lease option or "rent to own"? "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down" is probably the best place to start. It is an easy read and well worth your time.
