Hey @Laurence Walsh-Hodson,

I have actually purchased 4 properties from them before and am in escrow on a few more with them now.  I have had a great experience working with them so far.  Let me know if you have any other questions!

Lance

Thanks Lance. Good to know. What area/city did you invest in?

No problem - glad I could help, please message and connect if you have more questions.

From him I have purchased 4 in Indianapolis and am in escrow now on 2 in Kansas City and 1 in Houston.

 Hey Lance,

Wondering which turnkey providers besides Norada do you recommend?

Thank you

So do I save money and gain more equity when buying from you compared to a turnkey provider? It sounds like there's more work to be done when buying from you.

Thank you

Hi Everyone,

I live in Brooklyn NY where it's challenging to find deals. I want to partner up with a young ambitious hustler that has the knowledge and drive to make things happen.

I'd love to connect with you guys to see if we can do business. I currently have a full time job but my goal is to phase out of it so I can totally focus on RE. My goal is to quit my day job and build an RE portfolio. I have owned my business for the last 10 years.

I'm lucky because I believed in them very early on and was able to get two properties from them in 6 months before there was a waiting list! I'm happy to chat more about my experience buying turnkey and my experience with Storehouse.

Best of luck on your journey!

Hi Doug,

Thanks for the input, so why do you think they are the best?

@Kiera Underwood Hi Kiera, I am trying to get started with property that will appreciate decently over the next few years preferably over 10%. The goal is to stack them every year and i have to have good equity in order for me to be able to accomplish that.

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for turnkey provider recommendations. I have a full time job and finding it challenging to hunt for deals so I decided to look into a turnkey company. I noticed there are a few out there, and was wondering if any of you have used one if so which and how was your experience?

Thanks in advance.

Sam
