Not so familiar in the area which parts would you suggest?

Hi all,

From NY and investing in the local and N.J. market prices here have gone crazy up looking to get in the Connecticut market I’ve heard there are some good areas to pick up rental cash flowing properties, one of the areas mentioned were Bridgeport, 

Looking to connect with investors and realtors with experience in these  markets that can help in picking up some rental properties there,

Any info would be highly appreciated.

Thanks all for the reply, I understand once you sign the contract it’s not so simple as the seller to get out, I guess I will need to speak to my attorney for more information on this.

Seller looking to cancel a contract

 Hi All I entered a contract to sell a house in New Jersey there is a tenant with first right of refusal and we are waiting for his response to buy or waive his right, 

I got cold feet on selling all together and looking to cancel the contract can I in this stage still do so,
