Hey, I’ll likely be looking to long-term lease out my current house in the near future and am looking for recommendations on Minneapolis-area Property Managers. It’s a 3-bedroom home that would likely be relatively low maintenance so would prefer a property manager who charges a lower % commission but am open to all recommendations!

I’m tentatively searching for a property manager to help me manage a single-family home in Appleton, WI as I’m currently living in the property with 2 other tenants but am planning on moving out of the area.

Once I move out & the property is filled with 3 tenants, it will have solid cash flow & I’m looking for someone to help me manage it for a % commission of rent of course.
