I'm looking for a General Contractor with integrity and professionalism to walk a few properties and give an overall rehab estimate for fix and flips in the Dallas, Texas area. I'm wanting to give them the rehab job.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Or anyone knows of one I DO NOT need to get in touch with?

Thank you BP!

I'm looking for a GENERAL CONTRACTOR in the Dallas/FortWorth area that could walk a properties or two with me and be able to tell me on the spot what a rehab will cost.

I'd love to find someone that is very knowledgeable on materials and labor costs and is organized and professional on their delivery.

Can anyone help?

In your experience, what are 3 "MUST ask questions" when interviewing a Hard Money Lender to fund your project???

If you could tell your "newbie" self something from all the  experience  that you have acquired now in regard to lenders, what would it be?

Hi there Kerry!

So I have one single family rental under my belt and I love it.

What I'm wanting to do is to flip a few deals this year and then really focus all that cash build up and acquire distress home and force equity into them and create long term passive income single/small multi properties by using cash out refi (the BRRRR strategy). So if you have any pointer, it would be greatly appreciated, especially when it comes to contractors!

How about you, what is your story?

Thanks again for reaching out!

Hello BP,  I'm a new investor in the greater Dallas / Fort Worth area.
I'd love to connect with someone from the area and buy you a cup of coffee, or to simply chat here on the forum.

I'm eager to learn and to get more deals done RIGHT.
