I am relatively new to REI, living in the Worcester area looking for a partner in MA for both capital but more importantly experience. If you have any advice or ways to help don't hesitate to reach out!

Bought my first property in FL last year with my mother as a partner. 50/50 she is the occupant paying the mortgage, I am a non occupant primary owner. Not sure if Id be able to refi becuase its so soon? Im looking to acquire another property here in MA in the next 6 months...ideally for a flip. I have some capital saved up and have potential access to investors and partners. What should I do...

I'm a 24-year-old medical sales professional who is eager to begin my real estate investing journey with a fix and flip deal. However, I only. have a small amount of capital saved up (30k for full transparency), so I'm hoping to learn from the experienced members of this community on how to make smart investment decisions.
