just bought a small house to flip in Lubbock tx. Does anyone have any suggestions on insurance or have an agent they use for flips. I don't plan on the rehab to take more than 3 weeks. Thanks

I am wanting to start looking into buying homes to flip in Lubbock tx. I am wanting to create an LLC for my business. Does anyone have any recommendations for an attorney here in Lubbock that can help with this? Also will the attorney be able to help with the contractor contracts I will need for the contractors to sign before beginning on the project? Do you keep your own books or do you need a CPA to handle everything? Thanks for helping.

I have a few friends in Lubbock Tx that flip residential homes and do pretty well. I am looking forward to getting into house flipping as well but I am a little apprehensive because there is so much that can go wrong. I really don't know where to start or who to trust. I'm so glad I found this site. I can't wait to chew through all the info on here and hopefully get in the real estate waters soon.
