Steve,

I find that First United out of Durant is pretty helpful. Also I would suggest looking around at some of the smaller local banks.  I have some friends who have found success at local credit unions who only have a branch or two.  The same thing can be said about local banks that have a small footprint.  I have found that the smaller the bank the easier they are to work with.

Hi All,

Just starting out on my real estate investing adventure. I am close to closing on my first home. Im planning on living in it for a year or two and then renting it out.  I am looking forward to being part of the BiggerPockets community.
