Post: Is it possible to build your credit up quickly?

Hi, I'm looking to jump back into investing after ****ing up pretty hard about a year ago. I didn't lose all of my money but I definitely hurt my credit. I'm at a 600 and was wondering how to raise it as quickly as possible. I hope I'm not being too naive in thinking I might be able to fix it up within three or four months but I figured I might as well ask you guys.

Thanks as always!

The first step is to definitely read the link posted above. Keep in mind however that wholesaling isn't going to always be a step-by-step process. You're probably going to have to juggle certain steps at the same time. That's why people always recommend meeting as many people in the real estate community as possible, their stories and strategies will be more applicable often than any sort of step-by-step guide.

Hope that helps!

thanks for the advice! I'm pretty blessed to have stumbled into enough start up money to not have to boot strap it too hard. How long have you been investing in Austin Real Estate?

Thank you so much for the advice!  What do you do to scale up your aggressiveness?

Today I'm putting my first mailing campaign together because driving for dollars is slooooowwww going so far. I'm brand new to the Austin Texas area and I'm wondering if any of you more experienced investors might have a mailing list you prefer over the others. I've set aside $300 to get my list started. I figure I should start small and make sure I can actually handle the response rate before I go all in.

Thanks!
