@Ken Cooper

To help others like myself, can you share your numbers like cash flow, expense (including Property management), rent rate, etc?

Thanks

Hello. I'm new to BP and read through the forums where it is great to read successful stories. I currently have 4 SFHs in California and would like to expand my portfolio into more SFH and/or multi units (2+ units). It is challenging to find deals in CA. What are other investors investing in California? I'm open to advise as to where I should invest next.
