What’re some opinions on the state of the current real estate market? I know the market in many places is very hot currently and continues to rise. Do you foresee another housing bubble or crash? How does this effect your mindset on continuing to buy more properties?

Looking to gather some insight from some investors with experience in either flipping or BRRRR investments. Overall what're your experiences? Pros and cons to each? In what situations might you do one vs the other?

Thanks!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Sam and I'm a rookie real estate investor who has just begun the journey of educating myself in the real estate space. I currently work in sales with the Dallas Cowboys and AT&T Stadium and was recently introduced to the idea of financial freedom. Real estate has always interested me so it was a natural path to reaching those goals.

Over the past month or so I've been binging the Rookie Real Estate podcasts and have dove into some reading as well, just trying to learn the steps in each part of the investment process. It's important to me to learn all I can about the processes and strategies so I'm well equipped come time to buy my first property.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: A group, meet up, network, or guru in the DFW area that I'm able to learn from! I ask a ton of questions and would love to learn from other's experiences. There's only so much reading I can do so I would love to get my hands dirty and learn first hand.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME: I'm willing to help out with any current investor's needs! I'm available on weekends to help with flips. I'd love to tag along to meetings with banks/lendersHappy to help analyze deals for you. Anything you need from me that saves you time or money, I'd love to learn and help in any way.

If this would interest anyone in the DFW area please let me know!
