Finding the daily price of $600+ to be pretty high for the BP Conference this October. Is there any discount codes for the hotel booking so I dont need to sleep in my car in the parking lot?

I am looking into this as well. It looks like it will work but still confused as how to set it up. Thinking about looking for real estate familiar bookkeeper to assist in setting up my chart of accounts.

Even after selecting "Cash Purchase" Its still showing my down payment for the loan under cash needed and not counting the purchase price?

Logged in to use the rental preoperty calvulator and everything has changed. Is there any way to go back to the old calculator? 

All my reports are not taking the loan amount into my calculations? Is anybody else having this issue?
