Hello All - I am relatively new investor and ended up with about 6-7 properties in Illinios and Indiana. I have been researching LLC creation and options and both states do support series LLC. Secondly, Illinois LLC fees are much costlier than that of Indiana. So I am seeking advice on..is it better to create two LLCs in each state or a series LLC in Indiana or Illinois since I have equal # of properties in both states? I am not a full time investor and so would like to keep the overheads and effort to a minimum.
