Thank you for your comments.

In my case, I am considering London - Chelsea ( it is almost like Manhattan). However, RE market in the UK is really weird. I will hopefully find a job in the US and move....

Thank you very much.

I come from really poor country so for me 1k$ a month is financial freedom, and I dont need much for my life .

I think that this strategy is more like ''smart financial thinking'' than something creative.

So, you believe that this work ?

Hi guys,

I would like to ask about your opinions and views about the following strategy.

Let us assume that I am a high income individual with full time job and I want to invest in Manhattan where prices are just ridiculous. I want to buy a 2 bedroom apartment which costs 700k$ and rent it out for 3k$ per month. It is as far away from the 2% rule as you can get.

However, what if I put down 210k$ and take a mortgage for the rest ? The property should cash flow and I use the leverage a little bit.

The question is : Do you think that this is ''safe'' way to invest in RE for High - Income individuals ?

Thank you for your views.

Simon

Hi,

I would need your opinions about following issue.

I know that I want to be financialy independent, but I also want to live somewhere, where is a good weather. I know that you can get financialy independent everywhere, but I have already my CeMAP examination in Scotland, future offshore job opportunities ( I study engineering) in Scotland. However, the weather sucks.

What would you recommend please ? Do you have the same issues that you are not sure what your priorities are ?

Thank you

Hello,

My name is Simon and I study Electrical and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh, I am really interested in RE ; therefore I am looking for a mentor in Edinburgh or generally in the UK.

In return, I can buy you a cup of coffee, become your mortgage broker ( I am studying towards my licence now), or just to make you a diet plan or a gym plan, because I also have some success in fitness industry.

If you want to know more about me just give me a comment or send an email. [email protected]

Thank you very much and have a nice day .

Yours,

Simon Ambroz
