Thanks for the advice!  The only contact that I have for all these LLCs is their mailing address by the website you said, so ill have to make the damn best letter i can make and send it with a professional letter and the option if they want to join my mailing list online.  Thanks again and ill see if i can come up with a damn good letter to get them to sign up.

Thanks for the advice!  I don't know how this could be done without a license.  I got my license in 2014 and thought I needed money to get into investing and thats what stopped me from selling homes to doing it really for myself!  Thanks for the advice and best of luck!

Question for everyone, investors, flippers and the such. A real estate agent provided me with the cash sales of an area and the LLC's names and address of the entities. How would you reach out to these recent cash buyers whenI have their address?

My idea was to send them a professional letter and let them know I'm a new investor that has deals that they may be interested in and to join my mailing list for up to date inventory alerts * for real no spam*.    Also in case they wanted to do joint ventures and the such.

But like i said i have the names, address and wanted to reach out but didn't want to come off as a desperate wholesaler.

Any advice?

I just wanted to say hi to the community and am getting into investing!  Looking to get into flipping but will start off by wholesaling to get good at finding deals and learn how the investing community works.  Are there any Miami investors here?  Or looking to get wholesale deals that i find?  Id like to start networking, does anyone have any advice?
