Hi

I have a couple of single family homes in TN and Florida and looking to scale to apartment complexes. My sister and I are going to form an LLC and start looking for our 1st one in the next two months. Any recommendations on the best places to purchase apartment complexes in the 700K range? I am from new jersey so all my rentals have been out of state and manage by a property manager.

Hello

I have two rentals in Tennessee and would like to purchase a condo in Myrtle beach South Carolina and rent it out. Any suggestions on real estate agents that can help with the purchasing process and helping get a tenant.

Hi Pat

I actually purchased a property in October with Memphis Turnkey Properties. They also manage my property as well.  so far, so good. I have no complaints. I am in the process of purchasing another one with them as well.

@Larry S. I am actually looking into Roofstock because I like the idea that they have all all the information available for you and you can negotiate on the price. Before I purchase anything, I need to vet the property management company of the location I choose. I’m just in the process of figuring out what location is best to start with that has job and population growth, rent value increases. What made you become interested in Kansas City?
