@Tyrel McAllister how is your first investment going? Any progress to speak of yet? Where are you planning to invest?

I am not sure you need to bring them out into the sun. A closed company is a closed company after all.

I have never heard of WCAP, perhaps they were a non profit that went bust?

I would try looking into private lenders or hard money lenders. You may even need to try credit card financing, but be careful! Know your terms, know your interest rates, and know that it will definitely affect your credit score, if only temporarily. Best of luck @Lesane T. Johnson

My advice to you would be to not mix business with pleasure, it never ends well. Help him in another way, reach out to your network and see if anyone could offer him some gainful employment, but don't have him rent your place, you know he has no means to pay. That is unless you just want to help the guy out and don't worry about money, then let him crash on your couch for a week or two to mentally reboot and find a good tenant for your rental.

It's amazing what some people will do out of spite! Out of curiosity, what was she kicked out for?
