Hey guys! I am Sam from Houston-Texas, eager to learn and start my career in wholesale real estate. My background is in IT and I have run various businesses over the years. Real estate had always been something that seemed lucrative to me but never really gave it a go. Now, I believe is the right time for me to get into it and am very motivated. If there are any FREE resources that I should go through, please feel free to post links here. I am a good public speaker and enjoy explaining things to people with great effect. So hopefully, with the right knowledge, skill-set, I should be able to come to speed in no time. I just ended up watching the free webinar today and am also highly interested in purchasing the $495 material from Clever Investor. Is that material good & specially the software(s) ?
