thanks for the welcome. i did purchased my first property which is a the condo in october 25, 2016.  yes josh d. hates condo, but i look at the hoa as partner to overlook the property (so i don't have to hire security when i am away). this is my first purchase, i had scrub carpets, tubs, and toilet.  additionally shop vac cabinets and carpets, put in fridge, range, washer, and dryer. putting ads on craigslist, flyers at an asian market, flyers at wsu, newman, and butler cc in andover.  now it is ready to rent, any other ideas on posting please let me know. thx for reading have a good day.
