Anyone familiar with Paradyme funding out of Ca? Ryan J Garland and Ivan Oberson.  Thinking of investing with these guys and just checking with the  bigger pockets players.  Also, a third party appraisal company they use called Wiltchik appraisals, inc.?  any feedback on these folks?

I just booked a call sept 21 and it June 24. Wow!  I love his podcasts. The price points sound good but I am curious of the rehab level and ares these homes are in? When we live in an area (Seattle) where houses are so expensive , it's hard to imagine these low price points. My only issue is to know the level of rehab . As investors we want a house with low cap ex, maintenance issues so our return is good over the years.  So please share what you find out. I really love his insights.  Just sounds too good to be true!  

Does anyone know any general contractors and or turnkey companies in the New Albany, Ind or Louisville, Kentucky areas?

Great.  I am in a pinch and looking to sell this property for a buy and hold or a Flip. It's in pretty bad shape. I am cleaning out the junk and pulling off the porch which is in bad shape. Also I am quieting the title so it's clean.  What is your email and I will send you the flyer.
