Can anyone recommend any good books or courses on investing in Real Estate notes?

In addition to this website which is amazing, i would like to expand my learning with additional material.

Thanks,

Gerald

Joyce and Chris,

I too am interested in learning more on "notes". Any recommended learning material to gain knowledge.

Joyce, what course are you learning from?

Regards,

Gerald

Greetings,

So much information here....

Here comes my sleepless nights. I have been intrested in real estate investing for some time now. I am currently building my knowledge base and would like to further my learning with additional resources. Is there any books, investing clubs in LA, or siminars that you would suggest to a newbie with basic knowledge.

Im intrested in commercial investing, rentals "condos or apartments", and small shopping centers or office buildings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

gerald
