Thanks @Jonathan Taylor Smith. How much higher than a MF unit, on average, have you seen a SFH rent for (all else being the same)?

Can a SFH be a rent comp for a unit within a duplex or a triplex (given sq footage/no of bedrooms/baths are the same)?

Thanks for the input @Laura Shinkle. The goal is to househack; would prefer separate units though. Are there SFH with separate entrances that you could rent out here in Charlotte? Do you suggest other areas around Charlotte I should look at for duplexes?
