Thanks for your replies, I do have a PM but lately they haven’t been as responsive as they needed to be. I will give them another chance as they were great before, that being said I want to see what’s out there. Plan for the worst hope for the best kind of approach.

I am a new investor, looking to expand my portfolio. I already have a property in San Antonio and I am looking for recommendations for Property Managers. I would love to find someone who is able to look after my tenant(s) in a timely manner, with long experience and is investor friendly. 

Any recommendations, suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
