Congrats Todd! I'm new too and and learning so that I can do what you're doing. The private investors that you know personally, can you give a little more detail as to how you got them on board? Did you go to them casually and share your success to where they wanted to be a part of it? Or did you have some kind of formal sit down with them and "pitch" them hoping they would sign on as investors? Are they using their cash for your other deals? Or they're doing the bank/loan financing for you?
