@Stephen Anthony Thanks for the reply, I asked to join the Lincoln Real Estate Investors group today! As far as how I got started when I first came into the Marine Corps I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan and saved a lot of money (by living very frugal) and then deployed to Iraq (forced savings! You can't buy anything!) then when I returned I was 21 years old and had quite a bit of money saved up and a family friend told me I should buy a house, so I did. From there I've just been saving my money little by little and I've managed to buy three more townhouses since then (all in the same area of North Lincoln). Looking to take the next big step into a multifamily or possibly an apartment building.

Hopefully I replied correctly to everyone. I've been part of BiggerPockets for awhile now, but never really participated in the forums section, mostly listened to podcasts and used the calculators. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
