"Golden ticket" I'm intrigued. Are you taking on new clients? @James Wachob

Yes, currently I am looking for a 4-unit. The first road bump I am trying to overcome is something about me not able to use my VA home loan benefit as a first-time home buyer for a multi-unit property because a lack of "experience." Not sure if its just the mortgage broker getting bad gouge.

I need to contact another lender to sort this out.

Thanks for the welcome!!!

@David Tipton

It will sound like I am all over the place. I grew up in the South Bay and I have a partner interested in joining in on a multi-family for the Beach Cities/ South Bay.

Personally, if I can go it alone I would go for LA as it is closer to the hospitals I conduct business in.

South Bay cities: Long Beach, Carson, Torrance
Beach cities: Redondo Beach, etc (probably out of my price range)
Downtown LA, Koreatown, Midcity, Silver Lake
Culver City
Hollywood, Glendale area

I welcome any tips from your expertise and can PM you for contact info. Thanks for the welcome!!!

Hello all,

My name is Sajili from Los Angeles, CA. I'm a newbie interested in multi-family, buy and hold investments, low and no money down investing, and flipping. I am currently in medical device sales and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. My interest in real estate started when I was 18 when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I got my real estate sales license in 2010 prior to going into active duty but did not actively use it since getting licensed. My ultimate goal is to stop being afraid and begin my path to financial freedom. I am actively searching an owner-occupant deal for the Los Angeles area I can use to start my journey.

Cheers,

Sajili
