I am looking to buy a lots / land in O' Fallon , Missouri . I am a beginner in this and I would like what basics questions should I check before getting into this business. I would appreciate your clear response and details on this.

I am shifting to St. Louis from NJ and I would like to buy a house in St. Louis . 
I already have my first multi family home in NJ and I would like to know how good it is to invest in St. Louis ?
please advise me if it’s profitable if I buy a house there as a second home. 
if it’s not advisable , what would suggest me to do and how where can I invest my money ? 

I sent an eviction notice and they responded as they don't want to vacate the house and also don't want to pay the rent.  I would appreciate any advise on what can I do at this point to have them vacate the house. 

Their Lease expired 6 months back and now they don't have a lease . I am supposed to occupy the unit only if they vacate the unit.

Eviction in NJ is not that simple. I would suggest reaching out to an attorney. Keep in mind. That at closing you were just transferred sec deposit and rent payment from previous owner I am assuming. 


Yes on the time of closing I received their deposit and that month rent . Also , My attorney only suggested to issue the 60 day eviction notice .

What happens after that 60 day , can you please tell me 

Hi All,

I closed a my 2 family home in FHA program with tenants. Now I want to occupy the place and reached out the tenant to vacate the property with a 30 -60 day notice .But , the tenant has denied to vacate the property and are now demanding huge sum of amount . Is it a right thing to issue a eviction notice to them ? (Also, Tenants Lease Term has expired long back)

Please advise on the ways I can follow to have them vacate the property.  What happens if I issue a 60 day eviction notice to them and they are not ready to vacate  even after that ?
Please advise me on the pros and cons I can have if I proceed with the eviction notice ?

I have a multi family home and i would like to know the best possible ways to handle the rental and security deposits.
Is it good to get started with the small banks or the  bigger ones to maintains the rental income.
